Philips Dental professionals placed the request to do an expert review and a competitor review on their website, and to give advice on optimisation.

I have prepared both reviews based on the following components:

• Usability
• Desirability
• Brand experience

I supplemented the insights from the expert and competitors review with insights from data analysis and additional user research based on the formulated core flows. These have led to an advisory report with validated wireframes and a modified site structure.
