Beerwulf had a great ambition: they wanted to conquer the online specialty beer market in Europe. Valtech has successfully helped them with this mission.
My part in the project was the optimisation of the existing webshop http://www.beerwulf.nl, and the architecture and setup of an international brewer’s platform, where the brewers associated with Beerwulf could pitch their beers, make price agreements and add information.
During the optimisation, I went through the user statistics in weekly CRO sessions together with the Product owner and a visual designer, proposed and validated conversion-enhancing optimisations, performed A/B tests and formulated and selected hypotheses.
Brewerplatform
The aim of the brewer’s platform was to support internationalisation and automation. The challenge was to develop a workflow that was easy to use for both the brewers and the Beerwulf employees. Both parties must work together to properly register the beers, negotiate the price and ensure that all data and calculations are correct. The user-friendliness therefore had to be monitored both at the front and in the admin area. In addition, data validation was an important part of the assignment, so that the workflow could be automated as much as possible. The information stored via the platform is stored in Inriver, and can then be exported to the Episerver B2C platform.
Output:

- UX design brewer portal
- Usertests brewerportal
- Advice on further development of the brewer portal
